By accessing or using HotGames4u (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age requirement

The Site contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view adult material where you live. By using the Site you confirm that you are.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password safe and use one account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give HotGames4u a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the Site. You must have the right to post everything you upload or link to.

4. What is not allowed

• Anything in breach of our Content Policy — in particular any sexual content involving minors or characters who appear to be minors, which is banned without exception.
• Content that infringes copyright or other rights, including pirated paid or early-access builds.
• Real people in sexual content without their documented consent.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing or impersonation.
• Spam, scams, malware or misleading links.
• Attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site.

5. Moderation

Staff may edit, move or remove content and warn, suspend or ban users at their discretion. We are not obliged to monitor everything that is posted, and posts reflect the views of their authors, not of HotGames4u.

6. Third-party links

Links to other websites, games and downloads are provided by users. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Download and run software at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, HotGames4u is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or of content posted on it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
